چکیده

To investigate the mechanism of receptor-interacting protein 3 on proliferation, invasion and reactive oxygen species levels gallbladder cancer cells induced by tumor necrosis factor alpha. Gallbladder SGC-996 were divided into a control group, plasmid cloning deoxyribonucleic acid-negative acid-receptor-interacting 3+tumor alpha group 3+si-receptor-interacting group. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction for messenger ribonucleic acid expression in cells; detection cell counting kit-8, Transwell flow cytometry, respectively; 3, matrix metallopeptidase-9, metallopeptidase-2 proteins (Western blotting method). The was lower than epithelial (p<0.05) lowest (p<0.05). acid, survival rate, ability, level, receptorinteracting metallopeptidase-9 similar groups (p>0.05), while protein, content elevated. And survival, decreased acid-receptorinteracting Compared with increased 3+sireceptor interacting Overexpression inhibited proliferation promoted its related to expression.

Evaluation of Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha Polymorphism Frequencies in Endometriosis

Background The pro-inflammatory cytokine, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), is a pathogenic element for a number of disorders. Previous studies have reported that the -1031 T/C and -238 G/A polymorphisms in the promoter region of the TNF-α gene are important factors in reproductive-related disorders. One of the most common gynecological diseases of women during the reproductive years is endo...

Restoration of NF-kappaB activation by tumor necrosis factor alpha receptor complex-targeted MEKK3 in receptor-interacting protein-deficient cells.

Receptor-interacting protein (RIP) plays a critical role in tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha)-induced NF-kappaB activation. However, the mechanism by which RIP mediates TNF-alpha-induced signal transduction is not fully understood. In this study, we reconstituted RIP-deficient Jurkat T cells with a fusion protein composed of full-length MEKK3 and the death domain of RIP (MEKK3-DD). In the...

The inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor-alpha regulates chemokine receptor expression on ovarian cancer cells.

Epithelial ovarian cancer cells express the chemokine receptor, CXCR4, which may be associated with increased survival and metastatic potential, but the regulation of this receptor is not understood. The inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) is found in ovarian cancer biopsies and is associated with increased tumor grade. In this report, we show that CXCR4 expression on ...

The Effect of Aerobic Training on Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha, Hypoxia-Inducible Factor-1 alpha & Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Gene Expression in Cardiac Tissue of Diabetic Rats

Objective: The goal of this research was to determine the influence of 4 weeks aerobic training on gene expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the cardiac tissue of diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In an experimental study, 30 male wistar rats were partitioned into three groups (n=10), d...
